One of the things on our wedding checklist was a website that we can use to let people know of our big event. A friend of mine had a website made for her own wedding last year and she said it was good place for other friends to go to for updates about the event. It was also nice medium for well-wishers to convey their thoughts to the couple as it had an option for posting messages. When I checked out her site to post on it, I thought it was nice and I decided that I wanted one for my own wedding. I didn’t know anything about putting up a website so I emailed my friend for advice. She directed me to a flash website named Wix.com and used , the same tools she used for her site. She gave me detailed steps to create my site, and Wix was great because it had simple menus that someone like me could easily handle. You could choose the layout, colors and general design and even though I was clearly an amateur, I was able to make a pretty website that I can be proud of. I showed it to my fiancé and he thought I did a cool job. The nice thing about the site was it had a flash feature that let me post pictures of the two of us. But the best thing would be the posts from our relatives and friends. Even though the wedding is still several months away, my heart is gladdened every time I would get messages from people. I truly recommend this site for husband and wives to be.
